Jeremy Jones

With over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization and the communities we serve. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a proven ability to drive growth and innovation.
Most recently, Jeremy was the Vice President of Operations for Southern Orthodontic Partners, where he led all aspects of operations for 23 partner practices across 7 states. Before that, he served as the Regional Vice President at Results Physiotherapy, overseeing 60 clinics and managing a team of over 375 members.
Jeremy holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Tennessee State University.
Jeffrey Lehman, MD FACS

Dr. Jeffrey Lehman earned his B.S. with Honors in Molecular Biology, as well as his MD, from the University of Wisconsin, where he also completed his residency in Otolaryngology. He is board-certified in Otolaryngology and has held several prominent professional roles, including Director of the Department of Professionalism at AdventHealth. He also serves as a Clinical Professor at both the FSU School of Medicine and UCF College of Health Sciences.
Dr. Lehman specializes in laryngology, including professional voice care, as well as functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, and rhinology and sinus surgery. Among his notable achievements, he has served as the Past President of the AdventHealth Medical Staff and has been recognized with the Top Doctor Award for 25 consecutive years.
Laura Spencer, CPA

Laura brings nearly 27 years of experience as a CPA and finance leader, primarily in the private sector across multiple industries. Over the past 7 years, she has focused on the healthcare sector, where she has demonstrated her expertise in driving operational success and business growth. Most recently, Laura served as the interim COO/CFO for Bloom Health Care Centers, where she played a critical role in resolving operational and collections challenges, helping to propel the business forward and earn the trust of investors. Prior to Bloom, Laura was with Community Psychiatry Management (now Mindpath Health), where she helped scale the company from $10 million to nearly $100 million in revenue through strategic de novo and acquisition growth.
Beyond her professional achievements, Laura has a deep passion for education, having served as treasurer on her local school board for over 11 years. She is also an avid supporter of animal welfare and contributes to her local Humane Society.
Cole Sillaman
Vice President of Operations

Cole Sillaman earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in 2013 and began his career in outpatient orthopedics, with a focus on manual therapy and vestibular rehabilitation. He quickly advanced into clinic director roles, where he oversaw site operations, clinic growth, professional development, and clinical quality.
In 2019, Cole became a regional director, managing 12 outpatient physical therapy clinics in Middle Tennessee. His leadership included employee engagement, hiring and recruiting, business forecasting, quality management, and strategic planning. Over three years, he successfully guided his clinics through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, an organizational restructure, and a joint venture with one of the nation’s largest health systems.
Most recently, Cole served as Director of Client Operations at Premise Health, where he managed site operations and quality measures across multiple disciplines, including primary care, occupational health, physical therapy, nutrition, on-site pharmacies, and fitness. He led efforts in APP schedule optimization and interdisciplinary patient management.
Brita Murch
Director of Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, she oversees all aspects of the HR department for Premier ENT & Allergy Partners. Brita brings 10 years of experience in human resources to her role along with 7 plus years of operational experience. Prior to joining Premier ENT & Allergy Partners, she was the Director of Human Resource for Granite VNA, a non-profit healthcare agency. She was responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of human resources and served as a partner to the leadership team.
Before that she was the Human Resources Manager for Upstream Rehabilitation, were she led all aspects of the talent acquisition department which supported over 220 clinics across 9 states. Other aspects of her role involved collaborating with senior leadership on cultural and engagement initiatives, provided guidance and education on retention, on-boarding, performance reviews, leadership, training, and federal/state legal regulations.
Before entering the HR world, she was an operations leader with PR Management. With over 7 years of experience in operations she focused on operational excellence that included people mentoring, talent acquisition, P&L performance, and maintaining all compliance standards.
Kiran Tipirneni, MD, FACS

Dr. Tipirneni earned both his B.S. and M.D. from The Ohio State University, followed by an Otolaryngology residency at Penn State University. He is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Additionally, he is a member of the International Society of Sleep Surgeons and the Inspire Clinical Excellence Program.
Dr. Tipirneni specializes in sleep apnea surgery and is trained and certified in Inspire Sleep Apnea Surgery. He also has extensive expertise in sinus and allergy treatment, providing comprehensive care to improve patients' quality of life.
Brian Spector, MD, FACS

Dr. Brian Spector completed his undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University and earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine. He pursued his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Spector is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and is board-certified as a Medical Doctor.
Dr. Spector has an extensive professional background, having served as the Chairman of the AdventHealth Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, Central Florida Division, from 2014 to 2023. His expertise includes nasal and sinus surgery, endoscopic transnasal approaches to the skull base in collaboration with neurosurgery, and reconstruction of head and neck defects following skin cancer removal. Additionally, he specializes in laryngology and the care of voice disorders.
